My mom's birthday

Yesterday was my mom's 60th Birthday.  She has been the best mom in the world to me and we had a great dinner out last night.  This is the card that I made for her.  I used my new favourite colour...sage shadow and "To the nines" dsp.  Kim

Good morning Ladies, just a reminder that Tuesday at 7:00 I am holding a little thank you for all my hostesses and club members in the past 12 months.  I will have 2 cakes, tea and coffee for you and a little make and take if you wish. 

I am truly lucky to have such a great bunch of girls attending my clubs and classes, my down line girls are wonderful, so I  wanted to thank you all and let you know how important you all are and how lucky I am to have so many friends. Stamping has opened the doors to so many more friendships than I would have ever known. So thanks guys, I feel truly blessed. Joanne

My Teachers Gift

One great benefit of being a demonstrator is seeing the wonderful things that other demonstrators create.  This "Mix and Match" box and card set was posted on the Stampin' up website and I thought it would make a wonderful teachers gift.  The cards are generic and you simply take the background scallops and attach a greeting depending on the occasion and you have an instant card.  Kim

More tiles...

Some great tiles were made Saturday at the morning tile class.  Thanks to Chantal, Margy and Christine for attending!!!   So sad to see a couple of great sets retire next week.  Blooming with love and from the mini catalogue, Scene in a Garden. 

 A brand new set was used with the tiles, can you tell me what tile it was used on????

 Here are a few cards we looked at last night, all using window sheets,white stazon ink and rub ons!!! Super fast and a very easy way to make a beautiful card that just has that extra shine!!!!  Jo

Stampers 6 tonight

Hi Ladies, good morning, sorry I haven't been on much, my computer is officially in the garbage heap, so I have to use Jake's when I can.  Tonight at the club we will be talking about white craft ink and window sheets. Below is a card that I used white craft ink on my large Pretty Petals stamp. I stamped on a new in colour soft suede and used the new ribbon 1/2 " polka dot grosgrain ribbon, LOVE IT!!!
