Hi Ladies, just a little reminder of the Fifth Avenue Floral class this Friday at 7:00. I still have 1 spot left if anyone is interested. I would love to say that this was card was totally an original idea but I have to thank a fellow demonstrator for providing the inspiration for this one. As soon as I saw the flower made with the layers I fell in love with it. The flower (Petal Pizzaz) is stamped in Pixie Pink for the top and bottom layer and the middle layer is Pink Pirouette. Kim

Spring Into Stamping and Scrapping Event
I am pleased to announce the FIRST OF ITS KIND EVENT for Michelle and I and I am excited to announce the Spring Into Stamping and Scrapping All Day Stamp and Scrap!
WHEN IS THIS FABULOUS EVENT: Saturday, May 2nd, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
WHERE WILL THIS EVENT BE HELD: Christ Our Saviour Lutheran Church
(448 Main Street West, Grimsby, ON)
COST: $10 to stay all day
WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE? This cost includes a pizza lunch, beverage, and unlimited access to all of my stamps, inks, punches, Big Shot dies, Cuttlebug embossing folders and more but does not include supplies - you must bring all your own supplies including paper, ribbon, adhesive, embellishments, etc.
Our goal for this event is for you to bring all of your unfinished projects to get caught up on all your stamping and scrapbooking or simply come out to try your hand at a creating a beautiful handmade card. This will also be a chance for you to share ideas, and see and use more of the catalog's stamps & accessories all in one day without purchasing it all yourself! The idea of this event is to have a one-day event to get together to share ideas and tools and just have a lot of fun! Of course, if you see products you would like to purchase, I will be able to take orders that day also.
WHAT IF I’M NOT A STAMPER OR A SCRAPBOOKER? Drop on by any time between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to see what Stamping and Scrapbooking are all about for FREE.
CAN I BRING AS MANY FRIENDS AS I LIKE? Well, of course, stamping and scrapbooking is a lot more fun when we have our friends with us! We have a fantastic referral program that earns you gift certificates for free product for each new customer that places an order when you introduce me to her that day. Ask me for more details.
There will be lots of samples to look at and enjoy, so bring your camera! And, of course, there will be light refreshments. Come and plan to stay the whole day.
WHAT IF I WANT TO BOOK A PARTY?I will be offering a free stamp from the under $12 page of the catalogue to each customer who picks a date and books a party/workshop with me at this event.

Good Monday morning, just wanted to share a couple of cards that were just simply stamped and then added an embellishment. Sometimes we forget that simple can be beautiful. Jo
F is for fabulous, well that is what my "soho" designer brad says!! I used my circle scissors plus and my new serif Essentials Alphabet for my big shot!!! Love it!!! I was going for a masculine look and even though you can't really see it in person I think it looks like suede in real life, I did this by just sponging chocolate chip all over the chocolate chip card stock.
I think this card should go to one of my French family, hum who's birthday comes first, lol.
My last order for April is going in on Thursday NOON!! that is if my computer holds up till then, I think I will be purchasing a new one very soon, unfortunately.... Any suggestions as where to go, and what to buy??

Here I have used my circle scissors plus again, I know, probably getting sick of all my circles but they truly inspire me. Here I have embossed the flowers in chocolate chip craft ink on barely banana card stock. I then used my versa pen to go around the outline inside the flower to adjust colour.I tucked in the one flower on the inside of the circle and popped up the outside flower, kind of hard to see in this picture. I used the big shot texturz plates and some dazzling diamonds too. Jo

I absolutely had to post this picture! I have had a great day! First, my friend (and upline) Joanne came over for a coffee and chat this morning... we had a great Mochaccino from my new coffee maker. Then my husband surprised me by coming home and taking me out for a quick lunch. : ) When we got home this is what I found at my door. Life doesn't get any better than this!!! : ) Kim
